All foreign nationals are required to have entry visas to travel to the Russian Federation. Russian entry visas can be obtained at local Russian Embassy or Consulate. Proper authorization (invitation) is required.
You should complete several steps to get Russian visa:
1. Find information about the requirements in your country’s Russian Embassy.
2. Get an official invitation from the organisers or from a hotel (accommodation should be fully paid).
3. Get Insurance and other necessary documents.
4. Apply to the Russian Embassy.
5. Get visa.
The most important thing is the official invitation. Conference organizers will organise it for participants on behalf of the Russian Supreme Arbitrazh Court and Moscow University. It may takes several weeks to do it.
To complete the invitation organizers need some of your data:
1. Country
2. Copy of your passport (main page with your photo).
3. Your working position and correct name of the university
4. Postal address
